 Once Barclays have advised us the bank account is active from your first request, your next formation will be FREE. If your next instruction also includes a bank account that becomes active the following formation will also be FREE and so on.

No interview with Barclays required
No need for your client to make an appointment with Barclays and there is no formal interview. All that is required is for all parties to the Bank Account to attend their local branch of Barclays Bank to present a Mandate (provided and partially completed by us) and provide proofs of identity & address as they would for any other bank account.

The Procedure Could Not Be Simpler!

Day 1 
Contact us by telephone or email or complete the online order form to register a new company with your clients’ initial officers and members. We complete the Company and Bank application packs calling you/your clients only where necessary.

Day 2 or 3 
 You/your clients will receive the completed Company and Bank application packs. Your clients will visit their local Barclays Branch with photo ID (eg. passport), proof of address (eg. utility bill dated within 3 months), and the simple Bank Pack we have sent you or your client (as you instruct), to hand over to the counter staff. This is NOT a lengthy formal interview and only normal credit checks will be performed by Barclays.

Day 5 or 6 
Your clients will be contacted with details of the new Bank Account which can be used immediately.
