You can set the companies up with your own officers and subscribers which ensures no more waiting for forms 288a to be filed with Companies house and the delays in opening bank accounts. Once used the system holds previous officers details and previous registered office details - No need to input the information more than once. You will also be able to file electronic forms 228a, 288b, 288c and 287 on any companies formed electronically by us in the future -

To subscribe to this system you will need to print and complete the attached Application Form and Direct Debit Mandate and post to A1 Company Services Limited 788-790 Finchley Road, London NW11 7TJ.
