When acting in a nominee capacity, we will sign appropriate documents as required (i.e. Annual Accounts, Annual Returns, Share Certificates, Bank Mandates, etc) without additional charge. Prices are based on annual renewal.

We will act in a full secretarial capacity* ensuring that statutory requirements are kept up to date.
