All searches ordered by 1pm are despatched on the same day using the method of your choice; i.e. email, Document Exchange, 1st Class Post, Fax or Courier. In many instances, orders received after this deadline can also be despatched the same day, assuming the data is available on-line and can be delivered via e-mail. We are able to advise on the availability and best method of retrieval at the time of the instruction. All our searches are produced with a detailed summary of the findings and include a check for recent lodgings not yet available for download.

Local Authority Personal Searches And Registry Searches
A1 can provide national coverage of Local Authorities to obtain the fullest possible answers to Part 1 of the CON 29 form. Searches can usually be undertaken the day following your instructions, subject to any booking restrictions at the Council concerned. We always require a copy of the plan. Results can be faxed, and our report and any hard copies can, if requested, be despatched the same day. Prices are available upon request and Local Authority fees and charges will be charged as disbursements at cost.
